Kris has gone back to Cambridge to finish his degree now that his brother has taken over as the King of Christmas. He isn’t talking to Iris since he realized that he was only in love with the idea of being in love and that Iris wasn’t in love with him.  Coal asks him to to investigate the St Patrick’s Day court since there seems to have been a theft of joy from Christmas as they are trying to get their ducks in a row with the other Winter Holidays.  Of course, the prince of St Patrick’s Day turns out to be someone that Kris has crossed paths with at college and they don’t get along.  But this is almost a classic enemies to lovers story and the sparks do fly between them.  A fun romp and some spicy reading.
