This audio book is a gem, the narrator is great and I have enjoyed other books she has done.  There is a hidden restaurant in down an alley in Toronto and very few people find it but they eat some amazing food when they do. But most of the guests are not what they seem, and they do try to hide what they are when a normal comes in.  The staff and owner/chef both know what they are dealing with and make incredible dishes for everyone to eat.  This is more of a cozy day in the life in the restaurant where you get glimpses of what could be in the great universe in this setting.  An amuse bouche of  a story and I hope to see more set in this universe.
