#54 Mistral's Kiss by Laurell K Hamilton

Once again the events in the book really span less than a day.  You can sum it up as  "Still not preggers".  I was surprised at how thin the ARC is, the page count is 212.  Due to the size and what happens it feels like half of a book.  I don't know if that was planned or not. I've seen several books recently that  appear or read as if they were cut in two.  At least no new men were added into the mix with this book. And I had to laugh that things that get mentioned that would happen in the previous books still have yet to happen due to the time compression and now the actions of the wild magic. Hopefully the next book in this series will be a larger heft in page count and in length of time the book covers.

Any story would be good. She used to write a story that finished in one book. Those were the days.
