missingvolumeMy first 2017 book review not sure how many 2017 books I'll get read bore the end of the year.
This book starts with Mercy being kidnapped by the Lord of Night. He has been deliberate misinformation about her and he is convinced that she is the most powerful supernatural in the Tri-Cities. Mercy escapes quite quickly and finds herself in Europe far away from everyone with not even the clothes on her back. It doesn’t take long for her to get into contact with everyone and they are racing to Italy to get to her. Once Adam is there with Marcilia, Stephen, Elizaveta and a few wolves the political dance comes in the forefront and things must be dealt with instead of just getting revenge and scooping Mercy up from where she has hidden herself.
Mercy on the other hand has found the local wolves but has also found local supernatural trouble. This will surprise no reader of the series since chaos finds her wherever she goes. Granted when she does find trouble she fixes it in her own special way that does more good than harm for the final outcome.
A fun fast read and now to wait for the next book.
