This is the sequel to Kitty and the Midnight Hour.  Kitty is driving all over the US doing her radio show. She is subpoenaed to testify for Congress about the supernatural. As soon as she gets to DC, she is invited to stay with the vampire mistress of the city. She also finds the local were group and hooks up with a werejaguar and learns more about living a non pack lifestyle. Of course there are bad guys and the hearing devolves to a comparison of the McCarthy communism scare. The book has a bit happier feel to it than the last one.  The plus there was an extra short story at the end of the book.

Just bought the hardback of Drake's Times Other Than Peace, as well as Stirling's Meeting at Corvallis. Do you take reader's reviews?

Well I started this LJ just to keep track of my reading list. I've had people comment on stuff that I reviewed mostly by people that have read it as well. I've never thought about opening up to others. The crazy thing I am on a review blog on Blogger but I never post on it.

I guess one of us could set up a review blog and open up to our friends?

I think that you have the most street cred... I will cover down on whatever you prefer.

I could set up a review community. Might actually be fun. I'll do it tonight or tomorrow and post a link to it.
