#23 Night Shift by Charlaine Harris

The third book gets to the heart of the matter about what makes Midnight weird.  You also find out more about several of the longtime residents of the town. I don’t want to say much and give away the plot but the story starts with people coming to the center of town and killing themselves. Bobo and others are actively working to either prevent the killings so not to bring any more attention to their small corner of the world.  The end of the story does wrap up several unknown things about people and why they are there in Midnight.  Not sure if there will be more books or not in the series but if not this one gives good closure and doesn’t leave the reader desperately looking for more pages of text in the book.
