missingvolumeI had to say I really liked this book. I had seen the movie John Carpenter's Vampires but as usual it was nothing like the book. This is a gritty vampire hunting book with none of the fru-fru vampires that seem to be around lately. Now I want to read his other book Armor to see if it is as good as this one.
