June update

Just a quick note to let everyone know that over the next several days I will be listing signed books from a collection that I recently purchased. Several of these books were inscribed to former owner so if you have any questions about if the book is a signature only or an inscription by the author to the previous owner just send me an email. Also a few weeks ago I uploaded several signed Piers Anthony books.

The next convention to see the books in person will be at Libertycon in Chattanooga, TN. http://www.libertycon.org

He was an also attending guest at my local con. He came for one day and did a hour signing. The dealers begged him to sign some more after the dealer's room closed and he was kind enough to do it.

The con got him to come since someone on the con staff had done some computer work for him. Piers came for Friday evening and did stuff on Saturday.

He does do a few events in his local area about 2 hours from where I live but I never find out about them until it is too late to attend.

Damn, I wish I had known. I'd really like to get my Incarnations of Immortality books signed... and the one he did with Misty, although not sure if he'd sign that one, given the comment Misty put when she signed it. ::snicker::

Well even though he was listed I had some reservations about him showing so I told some friends he was listed but said I wouldn't be 100% positive he would show up. And I would have felt bad for you if you flew out from California and he didn't make it.

Who said anything about flying out? I'd have shipped the books to you (along with chocolate and other appropriate bribes), begging you to get them signed for me!

And I would have had to decline. I was all ready getting my stuff, the store stuff and a collector in NY stuff done. The stuff from NY was a trade for getting my stuff done at Wiscon this year.

I actually had friends fly out or send people to this con to get signatures.
