Riaz, a lone wolf who did find his mate but she is married and in love with someone else and he will not break up the relationship and Adria a dominate woman licking her wounds after a failed relationship. They are attracted to one another but both of them refuse to have a serious relationship. Of course the road to true love will have some bumps but it does happen in the end. The war plot moves along but nothing huge. Still entertained by it so will keep reading.
