#19 Resonance Surge by Nalini Singh

The latest in this long running series has the focus again on the Russian bears and a Psy from the Marshall clan.  Theodora is a low gradient psy and was taken away from her high-powered twin’s side at a a young age and horribly used by her grandfather in his power schemes. Now that he is dead and Silence is broken her twin is going to clean up some of the meses he left behind. Theo goes to Moscow to research why there is a stealth drain on their finances and with the help of the local were bear pack they will find out just what happened when everything shut down.  Yakov is working with Theodora and upon meeting her realizes she is the woman that his been in his dreams of ForeSight he has had all his life.  He slowly and carefully woos her during the mystery they are trying to solve.  This book surprisingly doesn’t have tons of spoilers for previous ones so someone new to the series can read this without being lost.  A lovely romance and a great addition to the series.
