More YA set in the Women of the Otherworld setting. The setting is kids that look like their parents are working for one of the cabels and most of them don't know that they are special in some way. This was the setup book getting the kids to know and like the new kid at school and then having someone hunt him down and then a big climax that sends them all running with questions in their head about the company that most of their parents work for. I'll think I'll wait for book 3 in the series to come out before I bother reading the second one. It was ok but some of it felt like a rehash of the previous YA series she just finished but left some threads hanging on it.

I have to say I really like these books but not to be completely lost it is a good thing to read them in order. Now saying that it is actually ok to read this one without having read the rest of them since it deals with the written Thursday Next and not the real Thursday Next. Confused, its  ok it will happen a bit reading the story since it is set in the Bookworld. I have to admit it is hard to summarize but lots of fun to read and it certainly pokes fun at the world of books where ever it can.
