#1 Must Love Hellhounds by Charlaine Harris

the four novellas have to have "hellhounds" as some plot point. The Charlaine Harris story uses the hounds a plot point for the heroines to escape but it is not set in any of her currently written universes. The Ilona andrews story is written in her Kate Damiels setting but doesn't feature her and the story involves the original Greek hellhound, Cerberus. Meljean Brook's story has a hellhound but other than being a large demon that can store things for the heroine he doesn't do much in the story and in the Nalini Singh story the dog is a minor part as well. The plus side was I was interested in the setting of the Singh story so I will be trying one of the books set in that universe.
