 I read this for the local reading group and it has been several months since I actually finished one of them even if I didn't finish it time for the meeting.  The cloning in the book was an interesting way to deal with infertility of the world. I didn't care for the ending and thought that it would just slowly become completely interbred.

The ending of this one made me want to throw it across the room. Like you, it's the first one I've actually finished for book group in a long time.

Though this month's book, Gateway, looks to be fairly short.

Gateway will be a reread for me, granted I read it over 20 years ago.
