#69 Kitty Goes to War by Carrie Vaughn

The ideas haven't become clichéd and she doesn't keep going over what has happened in previous books and using it to continue that storyline book after book. The part I liked about this is that the result of her coming out and going public as a werewolf encouraged others to think this would be a great idea for the Army even if they really didn't know much about werewolves. And of course it fails miserably. The book is a take on PTSD in an Urban Fantasy setting and I think it is combines the two ideas. Granted not everyone wants reality in their fantasy but for an UF setting grounding ideas and plot points in the normal world makes it that much easier to grab the reader and keep them in.
