The fourth book of the series brings the hellbreed circus into town. The Flesh Circus has arrived and is collecting souls and suicides and this is allowed under an old pact with hunters worldwide. Jill doesn't like it but she has to allow it. There is also some personal issues going on with her that come up and are resolved during the book. I'm enjoying this series more than the Dante Valentine series and I am now waiting impatiently for the next one.

What is it about Soul Sucking Circuses? They seem to be a common theme in horror/fantasy literature, ranging from Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes (which was far from the first) to Torchwood's one episode with the demonic circus on film.
