#93 Unbound by Kim Harrison

This collection has five short stories with most of them set in the universe of each writer. The Kim Harrison one was nice since it featured Jinx. The Frost story is a prequel to her universe and it wasn't bad considering I have only read the first book and I didn't care for it that much and haven't read any more book in the the series. The Pettersson story fills in back story to her latest book and but if it is read before the latest on in the series I think it would diminish the story tension. The Drake story is a prequel story as well and is a bit jarring to read at first since you all ready have the characters in your head but it is still good. The Marr story was a bit different in the paranormal fantasy and I liked it. It make me want to poke around some mythology to see where she got her inspiration and where she went her own way,

Have you read Melissa Marrs 'Wicked Lovely' yet?

Its a really good read, its teen or so it says but its very well written, I have read the first two (Ink Exchange being the second) but have no come across the third one yet but will read it as soon as it comes into the shop
