missingvolumeThe latest installment of the In Death series has a someone from Roarke’s past come back to get revenge for old grudges. A hired killer on a job in NY decides to go after Roarke after completing a murder that becomes Eve’s case. This one one brings in all the characters that work for the department once they realize he is a suspect in an old case of the Chief and Feeney’s. The conclusion gets to be a bit hopping but in the end Eve with the help of Roarke and all their police friends win against the bad guy. A good solid entertaining read as always.
