missingvolumeI'm behind in my reading. Nothing new there really. I've been meaning to read this for a while and now I finally got to it. This is the first book in a series of books about seven sisters. I have to admit that I liked that he didn't start with the eldest. There isn't much to the story word wise I'm not even sure on the word count if it is a novel or a novella. I liked the story and the wonderful Vess illustrations and I guess I'll have to read Medicine Road and Circle of Cats soon.
