This is a reissue of an older work of hers and it covers some of the Circle that is also in the Nikki and Michael books you really don't learn much about it here. Maddie is looking for her missing nephew and is also being contacted by what she thinks is a ghost. Turns out it is a trapped hawk shifter who happens to be injured while tracking the witch that kidnapped Maddie's nephew. Fairly standard romance tropes are used throughout the story. A short read with a HEA ending. Ok to kill a few hours but nothing to track down or run to the store for.
