#2 What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher, Avi Roque (Narrator)

A really good retelling of the Fall of the House of Usher.  Alex has received a letter telling them that their friend has fallen ill. Most of the characters are the same from the original tale there is the added character of an English amateur botanist and mushroom enthusiast who is studying the countryside and taking notes.  I like how the story deals with Madeline’s death and why the house falls. 

An eerie story but not a grewsome horror. The audio was great way to take this novella in.
