#49 The Night Fire by Michael Connelly, Christine Lakin (Narrator), Titus Welliver (Narrator)

A murder book handed to Bosch after the funeral of his first partner leads to Bosch and Ballard working to solve the case. Bosch is also working with Haller on a murder case and he is getting flack from former coworkers about it since no one knows that Haller is his half brother. Ballard is working a case and if it wasn’t for her pushing on the case it would have been written off as a homeless guy being careless. Every case gets solved because one person pushed to find the truth instead of looking for an easy answer. Of course there is some crossing of the steams with the cases that help the story along but it also makes it enjoyable. Also really enjoying the audios being read by Titus and I may just do these going forward with he series.
