#28 A Study in Sable by Mercedes Lackey

The latest turn in the Elemental Masters series is back in London and features Sarah and Nan all grown up and ready to do great things. This book does have Sherlock and both Watsons in it. Both Sarah and Nan show Sherlock what they can do and he grudgingly agrees that they might actually be what they claim to be power wise.  They plan on working with the Watsons more since both of them have some power. They take on a haunted house and work together to clear it.  This also allows some other characters to be brought into the story so you can catch up on what they are doing.  The main plot has Sarah working to keeps ghosts away from an opera singer that is being haunted every night.

Overall it was a fun read and having the Sherlock Holmes stuff blended in made for a fun read but I really hope this will not be in all the future books since that would get to be a bit old.
