#118 Archangel's Shadows

This book doesn't' follow main characters but they do interact with the angles during a hunt. The hunt is from the fallout of the battle from the previous book but it makes sense that for the plot that for the most part you don't get too much of the angels and get more character growth of the minor players in the story. There is the usual " I have a secret" that one person can't tell the other that comes out but it isn't really a horrible secret and of course no one is angry about it. The hunt that Ash and Janvier start and successfully finish is a coda to the aftermath of the battle from the previous book . The romance has a nice HEA and this book could almost be a bit of a standalone novel in the series even if there are several things it spoils.
