#27 The Brass Verdict by Michael Connelly
May. 17th, 2010 12:25 pmI like Michael Connelly's books and I sometimes hoard them and don't read them all as soon as they come out. This was once since Harry Bosch wasn't the main focus of the book. Mickey Haller gets a call to take over another lawyer's law practice due to his death. This appears to be his ticket to get back into the groove of work after derailing his life. Of course nothing is as it appears and Mickey has to find the detail that will get his client off the hook and he has less than a week before trial with a client that is insisting that the case not be delayed. Twists and turns abound and a good conclusion at the book made this a great read.
