#86 Cape Storm by Rachel Caine

This is the latest of the Weather Warden series. They really need to be read in order. The book deals with the return of Bad Bob and has Joanne going to the very ends of her strength to fight him and the creatures that are destroying the djinn as well. And it looks like there is more books in the pipeline which sorta surprised me with the ending.
