# 8 The Sharing Knife: Horizon by Lois McMaster Bujold.

This is the last book in the series. It starts with Dag and Fawn leaving the boat crew and finding a Lakewalker camp that will take on Dag and teach him. Of course things don't go as planned and Dag and Fawn are on the road this time heading North. This time they group up with other farmers heading north and tagging along is Dag's teacher because he doesn't want to leave the teaching half done. I enjoyed the series but it wouldn't be the first one I would recommend to someone. The series was enjoyable but I doubt I will be reading them again like I do with her Miles series.
