#6 The Jennifer Morgue by Charles Stross

This is the second book in the series but you really don't need to have read the first one at all. this is a crazy mashup of Lovecraft and geek government workers. This one is a zany homage to the James Bond novels. the nice thing is that you don't have to have a huge background in either Lovecraft or Bond to enjoy the book. None of the horror is really in your face and I like that.
