This is the fifth Retrievers novel. Wren and Sergei spend part of the book fighting their attraction to one another. The rest of the book has them getting back to finally fight against the group that wants to make the Fatea extinct along with anyone with any trace to talent. The book wraps up but of course there is always room to play in this series.
