#64 One Jump Ahead by Mark Van Name

This is the first of the Jon and Lobo books. I read them out of order and looking back I don't think book 2 suffered from reading it first. In fact I think you learn more about Jon in the second book than you do in the first. This book covers how Jon and Lobo met and Jon trying to fix a job he took and had the wrong thing happen during it. The two book in the series are enjoyable SF with a touch of mystery and I'll keep o the lookout for the next one that should be out in June of next year.
