I've been slack in posting. I read this a while ago and haven't posted what i've been reading. This is the first book of a new duology by Bujold. I liked it but it was a bit of Bujold lite. After the chewyness of The Hallowed Hunt, it was a bit of a letdown. Don't get me wrong, I liked the book and I can't wait for the sequel but this is more of a light snack with a favorite friend instead of a thick tasty meal.
