Subtitle is Culinary Catastrophes from the World's Greatest Chefs. This was a great collection of cooking horror stories. Most had a good point that carried on into the rest of chefs careers. A few raised my eyebrows and make me wonder again at why do I ever want to eat out! ;-)


Since the book is essays, I could read it in little chunks and read other things in between. I just have to wonder when I will start reading non food related nonfiction.
