#59 Wraith by Phaedra Weldon

This is the second of two books I recently read that was set in Atlanta. This Atlanta is really the same as ours. Due to a vicious attack one night Zoe finds out she can astral travel. She offers her services at information gathering on eBay. She gets mixed up into something that is more than she bargained for.  Good news is she has a friend that gathers info for her as well. This helps along with a mom that has two helpful ghosts that live in her shop in Little 5 Points. It was a fun read but not so sure it was worth the $15 for it in trade paperback.

She's actually on my f-list as "Meharet", but in the year and a half that I've lived here I have yet to lat eyes on her.

Phaedra Weldon sounds like a character name in a Harry Potter book. :-)

hee, I didn't think about that until you put it in my head. Of course I don't even blink at names you can't get on keyrings and coffee mugs. LOL!

Runs upstairs to grab the book.........

Comes back downstairs and types......

Way cool. Guess I should read the acknowledgements more often.

Yeah. I've known the aurhor about 4 years now as part of an RPG geoup we had both been part of here. During time between game sessions the participants had access to a forum site one of the Storytellers set up to keep track of downtime and keep some character interaction going. Seems she liked how I wrote on there and quietly eggs me to get something done and finished...
