When Paul Gibson decides to study a young man’s body who was diagnosed as having a heart condition and finds he was a murder victim he reaches out to Devlin to see if he can solve the case when no one else knows there has been a crime committed. Then Paul is asked to do an autopsy on a body from a ditch and he was killed in the same fashion and now Devlin must put the dots together and solve the case. And the book does end with changes to Devlin’s personal life.
