#47 The Best Thing You Can Steal [Dramatized Adaptation] by Simon R. Green

Gideon Sable isn’t the first man to use that name, but he is still a master thief like the previous owner of the name. Gideon is putting together a crew to pull off a heist and he needs to get back with his old partner to do it.  They need to steal an item from someone to give to his ex wife. This is a classic heist story with lots of extra added with the magic and everyone on the crew has some talent that will be used during the heist. An actual ghost, A man dammed by both heaven and hell for killing one from each and using their halos for armor, and a man that bends the rules of reality, his ex-partner a woman who can be anyone with just the use of a costume change and attitude. The cast of characters is great, and the dialogue is quick and snappy. The audio version of this novel fairly flies by and reaches a great ending.

The title is in green neon tubing and a pocket watch in one corner and a TV with a person trapped on the inside of it. In the other.
