#94 Frostbitten by Kelley Armstrong

This book focuses on Elena and Clay on the hunt trying to stop a newish werewolf from getting killed by two man eater werewolves. The trail leads them to Alaska and a reunion of sorts with some wolves that left the pack many years before. Lots of action and almost no contact with anyone else from the Otherworld series. I liked this one and the plus is this one can be read as a start into the series.

#95 Nine Dragons by Michael Connelly

This is a Harry Bosch novel that the focus of the story is a case that seems to suck his daughter and exwife into the mix. The story is very compressed over the course of a weekend and really almost seems like a movie plot and less like a complex mystery like the previous book. This is a great beach read and a must for Bosch fans but not a good one to start off with.
